Ross Flanary founded Spring in 1973, just days after receiving his draft notice for Vietnam. Carpet cleaning was already in his blood. His father and uncles had moved to Fort Smith in the 1920s to start their own carpet cleaning business, and they wound up serving Fort Chaffee during World War II. Johnathan's dad, Ron, started helping Ross in 1979, and Johnathan started working there himself in 1993, at eleven years old. In 2026, Johnathan and his friend Daniel bought the business from Ross's widow after his passing. Now based in Northwest Arkansas we are pleased to continue proudly serving our community and the surrounding areas.

We're still driving the same 1993 Dodge van Johnathan used to ride to jobs in, sitting on a bucket in the back. (We let him drive now. It's fine.)

We're working on getting our new phone number added to the sides. As you can see, vinyl that's been baked on since 1993 is rather hard to remove.
